What is Localee?
Localee is a platform that helps venues increase visibility, offer digital membership cards, and communicate clearly with members — without replacing existing membership systems.
You can start by listing your venue for free, then switch on digital memberships and messaging when you’re ready.
How will Localee help my venue?

Do we need to replace our existing membership system?
No. Localee works alongside whatever system you already use.
There’s no migration required. Localee simply adds digital membership cards and communication tools on top of your existing setup.
Do you charge per member?
No. Localee has no per-member pricing.
Core Platform is a flat $99/month after the free trial. Membership size does not affect pricing.
Do members have to stop using physical cards?
No. Physical cards can continue exactly as they do today.
Digital cards are optional and can be adopted gradually by members.
Can we use Localee without digital membership cards?
Yes. You can list your venue on Localee for free forever.
Free listing includes your venue profile, location, trading hours, happy hours, and up to 4 public updates per month.
Digital membership cards and member messaging are available on the Core Platform.
Can I switch digital membership cards on or off?
Yes. You can stay on a free venue listing without digital cards, or switch on the Core Platform whenever you’re ready.
How does the free trial work?
The Core Platform includes a free trial for 3 months or until you reach 250 active Localee members — whichever comes first.
After the trial, Core Platform is $99/month.
Is messaging limited?
Free venue listings include up to 4 public updates per month.
Core Platform includes member messaging delivered directly in the Localee app. Optional packs can add automation or messaging assistance.
Are there setup fees or long-term contracts?
No setup fees. No long-term contracts.
Start with a free venue listing, or begin the Core Platform free trial when it makes sense.
Can we upgrade later?
Yes. You can switch on Core Platform at any time and add optional packs for automation, additional venues, or messaging assistance as needed.
Is Localee free for members?
Yes. Localee is free for members to download and use.
Venues choose how they use Localee and which features they enable.
